“I was cold in the room. And a bit during the massage. The therapist did not massage my arms or hands/fingers. So, that is a case of balancing what to do when. There was little communication. And she did not seem to want say anything at the end. During, she did not ask me for feedback - i.e. whether I was warm enough, or whether her pressure was ok.”
